Liza has spent more than a decade supporting people with disability to live independently. She leads our care coordination team, mentors new support workers and makes sure every participant has a plan that reflects their goals.
Small routines, practical tools and respectful support help people reach big goals. Liza works with families to celebrate every step and keep plans simple, flexible and focused on what matters most to them, from daily living to community participation and long-term independence.
