Muscular Dystrophy and Physical Activity

Living well with disability starts with support that fits your goals, routines and community. Our team works alongside participants, families and carers to plan supports that are practical, flexible and focused on independence. Small, consistent steps often make the biggest difference over time.

Before your next plan review, write down what is working, what is not, and what you would like to try next. Bring examples, reports from therapists and any questions about funding categories, so your coordinator can recommend supports that match your situation.

Support is most powerful when it helps people do more of what matters to them, in their own way and at their own pace.
